As written in other threads one could help if you provided logs from the
Radio.
Typically the logs prove that there IS a (possibly very short)
connection drop - so the fallback alarm has good reason to start !
These connection dropouts were the cause for non-sounding alarms in
previous releases.

You can find the logs under /var/log/messages on the Radio.
Activate remote access (advanced settings) and use the tool WinSCP to
connect to your Radio and download this file.

With the same mechanism you can replace the fallback alarm tune or
change the volume of the fallback alarm (as written/described on some
other alarm related thread)
