no, they won't. 7.4 had some race conditions where alarms wouldn't go off at all. People complained about that, but it seems the fix has brought around another set of problems. NUMEROUS critical security bugs have gone unfixed for months. They very rarely comment on security problems until there is a fix released. (And not a 'hotfix', but a "patch tuesday" update.
