No, this won't work. The Radio always needs its server - for triggering the alarm and telling it which stream to play (the Radio currently only remembers the alarm time for the fallback, but without server wouldn't know the stream to play) - the server (sometimes) transcodes the Radio-Streams if they are not in a format supported by the Radio
