Yes, I'd have to agree with JohnN on this, Brucegrr... they're just having some fun here, but it would be hard to agree against the fact that Logitech is stunning in their un-communicativeness...I'm sure the programmers are good guys...we're taking about who's running the store, I think.
nobody's (well, hardly anybody ;-)) is nitpicking here... it just seems that a released consumer product should, at very minimum, perform the simple functions by which it's advertised (i.e. a clock-radio). I understand the wireless component makes it more problematic, but it's completely understandable that users would be frustrated. And from Logitech, nothing in response. They seem to have abandoned ship at their own forum...most threads seem to end end with a recommendation to visit this one! My identical post/question about the alarm clock/fallback alarm there has exactly 0 replies. Response here has been lively. thanks, Dave S.
