My inbox this morning had an email with the subject "Logitech wants your honest opinion". The body said:
"At Logitech, we're always striving to improve our products, so we'd like to hear what you think about your Logitech® Squeezebox Radio. Tell us what you like and what we can improve. Be honest. What you think is directly linked to what we do and how we can improve. (And it will only take two minutes!) We realize you had a choice. Thanks for choosing Logitech!" --- There were 3 questions; what can we do to improve the radio, and what do you like about it. The third was a scale from "would not recommend" to "would recommend" to someone else, though I can't remember their exact words. I gave it the lowest on that scale based on my experience. I wouldn't wish this internet radio on anyone as it is right now. As for improvements, I said STABILITY!! Then described how unusable the radio was until I set up my Mac Mini as a Squeezebox Server. Not a consumer-friendly alternative, though it gives me what I thought I'd purchased when I bought the radio. On its own, it shuts off repeatedly, forgets presets, and on-and-on.
