I asked in another reply post but no one commented. Does the Radio have to be "on" mode for the Radio to charge fully??? Cause when the Radio is plugged into AC it comes on. I hold down switch till it says Goodbye" It IS CONFUSING. It seems like having the Radio on, would draw power there fore .....???? Please explain Thanks Jean
