I have called 4 times for the alarm not working and the radio turning
off after I turn it on. They said this is a known issue and that a
future firmware update will fix it. How long is the future? I need an
alarm clock. I bought this device specifically to use as an alarm
clock. How can this feature not work and they not have a fix
immediately? Logitech must not really care that this doesn't work. They
already have our money so why should they worry? This is making me very
unhappy. I need this alarm clock fixed. I am really tired of their tech
support not being able to fix this issue. If the radio doesn't work they
should send me one that does.
