To be honest, these issues have been on-going for months now. Logitech
clearly does not care.

If it's not too late for you I would highly recommend you return the
device for a refund.

If it is too late to return it, I'm afraid you wasted your money. I
know this feeling very well, I purchased it as a gift for my wife...
