Try disconnecting the working Radio from your network (just unplug it). Now try the problem Radio, does it stream properly by itself? Is it just Pandora & Rhapsody that are causing this? Will it stream simple stations without issue?
Go to www.MySqueezeBox.com > My Apps > Pandora > Player Settings Make sure each App is Enabled for both Radio's. Pandora allows multiple players to play the same stream or different streams.
