Besides that you don't seem to really listen to what people say in this
thread, I'm not quite sure I understand what you are trying to say.

As I understand it, you don't want us to try help users unless we can
help them ourselves, specifically you definitely don't want us to
direct them to another place where someone actually might be able to
help them ? You would prefer that these users stay here ranting and
complaining and instead of going somewhere else where they might get
helped and can get happy again ?

Personally I consider it to be helpful to direct people to the official
support if I know I can't help them myself, but that's just me. I hadn't
realized that there are people that prefer to be unhappy instead of
getting their problem solved or getting the device returned/replaced if
they aren't happy with it.

So basically, you want us to only help people that we can help
ourselves and let all other posts be unanswered and not even try to
inform those users that they might be able to get help by the official
Logitech support ?
