There is no way to manually set the clock. If the Radio is connected to the local server then it must get its time from the local server. It won't, however, get the timezone from the local server.
Check the timezone setting on your Radio at Settings > Advanced > Timezone. If it's incorrect, fix it. If that doesn't work, I'd try doing a factory reset and going through the setup again.
