Oops, I posted it here because it followed from another query on setting the time zone.
I removed all of the plug-ins and it made no difference. I rechecked the server and it gave "Jun 29 2010 21:33:00 BST" which was the correct time. However, it had "NTP Disabled". When I enabled it, the Classic changed the time to show the correct time. This seems odd as the time presented by the server hasn't changed, it now reads "Jun 29 2010 21:49:043 BST", i.e. the same time zone, the only change is enabling NTP.
