I was at a friend's house last evening and his Radio battery showed up unannounced last week. I believe he'd ordered it in April. He'd phoned Logitech about two weeks ago to inquire about the order status and was told nothing was in stock and they had no information regarding availability. He has no clue as to whether the phone call was a squeaky wheel that got some grease or if the Logitech customer support people are kept clueless, whether by design or accident. I suspect the latter. Logitech is a fascinating organization to watch. They seem to be at the forefront in finding ways to irritate their customers.
