Just to add my 2 cents... I'd have to disagree with the above. I don't think it matters whether you connect with SBS or MySB.com, as long as you choose one and stick with it. All of my alarm problems started when I began switching back & forth between the two. Once I stopped running SBS altogether & began running exclusively off of MySB.com, I haven't had any problems with alarms, or for that matter much of anything else other than the occasional phantom "on/off" or lack of album art situations discussed here. Wakes me up first time, every time, as long as I've chosen a saved MySB.com favorite, a "Musical Sound", "Natural Sound" or "Sound Effect" from the MySB.com alarm sound dropdown on the Alarms config web page.
