I'd start by verifying that your MySB login info is correct and the same in three different places. 1. on www.MySqueezeBox.com > Account Settings 2. SBS server on your computer > Settings > MySqueezeBox 3. Radio > Settings > Advanced > SqueezeBox Info > MySqueezeBox.com
