If the same login info (email address) appears in all three places and
MySB still shows no registered players then something is wrong.

If your Radio and/or SBS on your computer cannot see the internet or
cannot see MySqueezeBox.com then you will get such errors.
Go to SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics
What does it report for all pings and IP's?

Then try this, right click your SBS icon in your computer tray, select
"stop SBS", from your Radio arrow back to the Home Menu, select
Internet Radio > Music.
You should be offered "connect to MySqueezeBox.com".
Does your Radio connect?  Can you play a station?  Or does Radio say
"not registered"?

Any chance your Radio was registered to MySB before?  Purchased second
hand?
