I had the same issue recently with a Radio, refused to connect to my WiFi, verified all info was correct, rebooted Radio, connected instantly and automatically.
I think after my MySB login info was accepted it just went to the Home Menu, but I cannot recall for certain. I know there are several screens where "Help" is offered but it is not displayed on the screen until you scroll down.
