Well, the SB Radio is by far the hitec gadget with the crappiest software that I ever owned. I could name a second gadget I bought in the last few years which was so badly designed (from a SW design perspective) and poorly supported. And I really bought a lot of stuff with a lot of flaws. However, all these devices had some or or less severe quirks, but at least the basic functionality worked. Not a single one had a software design that was so completely broken and flawed to the core. It's a shame and I would be surprised if the brand survived another two years.
