I am bothered about the fact that Logitech doesn't communicate much
with the community any more and sometimes doesn't seem to take issues
posted on a community forum seriously, but I really can't say that
Pioneer, Philips, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, D-Link, Netgear or anyone
else does a better job. I can say that Slim Devices did a better job
and that's really the only reason I'm a bit disappointed on Logitech
who have selected another strategy which more similar to most other
companies.
If you aren't happy and have called the support and didn't get any
help, why don't you just return or sell the Squeezebox and get
something else instead ?
Is it really worth the trouble of legal actions for a $150-$200 device
?
I have to say that I'm a bit amazed about all people (not you) that
continuously stay on this forums for years and most of their posts are
just complaints. It's a bit fascinating why they doesn't just get
another product from someone else and starts enjoying the music, but I
guess some people just love to complain.
