I had similar problems. May or may not apply here: Connect to MySqueezebox.com & set your presets.
Connect to your home SB Server & set the SAME presets. Should be fixed. What happened to me is I set the presets while on MySB.com, I connected to SBS which had none configured and therefore it transferred the cleared presets to the radio. Then I switched back to MySB.com, and the radio transferred the cleared presets there and had to start all over. It's a vicious circle.
