This is not generally a problem for most users, but it certainly sounds like it is for you. I suppose as long as you can set things up so that the touch is not near the phone (that should be easy) or laptop, you should be ok.
is your router a b, g, or n. if you can use g only (no b on the network), this *may* be better.
