It seems to work pretty good for people that are running a local
Squeezebox Server on a computer, but among the people who use
Logitech's central mysqueezebox.com server the problems occur a bit
often.

Due to this I feel that at the moment, I can't recommend it as an alarm
clock unless you have a computer powered on all the time somewhere in
the house.

Logitech might solve the problems but they have more or less been there
since the release, so it doesn't seem to be a priority so far.

I'm using my Radio as an alarm clock with a computer running Squeezebox
Server and I sometimes have alarm problems but mostly it works. It's not
a critical problem for me but I know there are others that are very
irritated on the unreliable alarm functionality.
