Hi all...thought I would write about each day's alarm performance as I continually tinker to get the thing to work. It may be of use or not but will be therapeutic for me!
SBR is running 7.5.1. r9009 firmware, is wifi and is part of a stable and reliable xp system serving 2 booms and 1 sb3. Alarm is set for 6:55am UK time with fade in and a 45 minute shut off. Monday 8/11/10-set through mysb.com to play BBC R5 via http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/live/live_int.asx Result-no radio just back up alarm Tuesday 9/11/10-set through mysb.com to play Classic FM via http://opml.radiotime.com/Tune.ashx?id=s86895&username=(myusername)&partnerId=16 Result-perfect performance, switched to BBC R5 via preset after 5 minutes of Classic FM, can't stand commercial radio!!
