There is of course also your local network (wireless / Ethernet) and your internet connection that comes into play. If one of those is not functioning properly then that can influence the alarms. For example, if your alarm is playing the backup sounds (dont know how to call it) then it could point to an unreliable internet connection. If the Radio isnt able to stream your radio station it will play a local backup sound. Also, what software versions are you running?
