Do most affordable home internet plans in the UK have download limits? In the US, most broadcast radio stations can be streamed and most plans don't have download limits. From a marketing perspective, there may be more an issue of the familiarity/technical capability of users to make it work. But I don't think having a tuner would be worth the time or effort for the domestic market.
