I just finished building my pack using the Sanyo 2700 mAh batteries listed above. Seems to work great. My first test yielded a playing time of 10 hours 49 minutes (streaming FLACs). Charging took several hours. Interestingly, the pack slowly heated to 45C which triggered forced a pause in the charging. Afterwards, the pack fully charged. I've read that the charging circuit / algorithm is pretty smart and I believe it!
