I gave one of my radios to my father who lives in another country. In helping him to setup the radio via skype, I found that when it asks for his password to connect to his wireless network it doesnt give the entire alphabet. It goes to 'F' and then the numbers start. I have never had this problem before. The only difference I have found is that there is an extra step between choosing the network and inputting the password. It ask whether you want 10 digit or 25 digit encryption. Again when I have used it it never asked this question. Has anyone got any idea about how to input the password when it doesnt give the entire alphabet? Thanks
