Thankyou for the reply. After I do a factory reset. It jumps right into the Language selection menu. I select English and then it goes the the network setup option. Next it lists my WIFI network that I select. The player then asks me for my WIFI password. I enter the password and it then connects to the WIFI network and jumps right to the my next spinning circle screen trying to connect to MSB.com and then a next screen comes up saying it failed to try again.
I never see the "this player is associated with [email protected], if correct select Next" message you talk about.
