Your player must be a connected to a server, SBS on your computer or MySB.com online. Even when connected to SBS, SBS uses MySB.com in the background.
TuneIn (RadioTime) is the stream aggregator/organizer for all streams listed within the Internet Radio menu items. TuneIn catalogs and organizes the streams. Just as a Live365 or ShoutCast service does. ShoutCast offers 46,000+ streams which it catalogs, organizes, filters, etc... but ShoutCast is not actually hosting 46,000 streams.
