The constant interrupts (loss of wifi) for no apparent reason more or less
ruin the product for me. Techsupport has told me what to try to remedy the
situation, and I will follow those steps in a day or so and see what
happens. I wonder if the problem is hardwired rather than fixable by a
software update?

BTW, I have a state of art router, the D-Link Dir 657, which is advertised
as being perfect for streaming. Also, the SBR is located where the wifi
signal is always the strongest, so a weak signal is not the culprit.
