I assume that in mysqueezebox.com you've ADDED the PODCAST app from the app gallery to your "my apps". Then when your are IN the podcast app (on mysqueezebox.com) you can paste the RSS for the podcast your want into the URL. For example, here is my podcast RSS for Science Friday on NPR: http://www.sciencefriday.com/audio/scifriaudio.xml sometimes the hard part is finding the right URL. In general, best to look for the RSS for the podcast.
