My mother lives in the US and is English. I am thinking of getting her a Squeezebox radio, so that she can listen to BBC radio amongst other stations. I wanted to make sure that is possible (other than the BBC World Service). From what I can gather, she can get all of the stations on the international stream at a lower bit-rate. If anyone is in the know about this, I'd appreciate a run-down of what is available. She is not an audiophile and lower bit rates are not a problem unless talk radio is almost unintelligible.
Thanks. -- chrizzah ------------------------------------------------------------------------ chrizzah's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=52197 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=92243 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
