With the Radio currently selling for £100 on Amazon UK (and with the intermittent batches of £135 Touches seeming to have dried up), the Radio is by far the cheapest Squeezebox available. So it's just an idle thought really, but has anyone been able to add a digital output to the Radio? I wouldn't know where to start in analysing the circuit board, but I'm reasonably handy with a soldering iron so if someone has looked into this already I might be tempted to convert my radio to a really cheap Squeezebox transport.
