Oh, I can get it out of the loop fine, but I have to get up to do it. I
unplugged the adapter from the wall, and then re-plugged it in, which
seemed to do the trick. My question is why is it doing it in the first
place, and how do I prevent it from doing it again.

I did a factory reset the last time it was rebooting, but it appears
that didn't fix the issue.
