We need to continue to embrace and welcome new users to this forum irregardless of their viewpoints. I believe with that approach the forum will have a greater chance of prospering. The official forum is fine as far as it goes but the real feedback lies here. There is likely some sifting to be done to get the answer one needs but it can be done. I have sent many folks from the official forum to this one and have seen the greater assistance they have received here.
I guess the other question that raises is, how can we as Squeezebox fans make the other forum more useful to those who visit it first ?
