Sure, but a bit less crazy because these are NiMH so would last longer
before needing replacement.

The specs for the UE radio don't list a battery under "what's in the
box", and the CNET review says it's "built-in"

But the setup guide shows battery removal instructions, so I guess that
should be clear enough that it's replaceable.
