Yup, it will happen. When? Noone knows including Logitech themselves. Also, at what level of service will MySB be maintained/run/operated going forward until it's eventual demise. All unknowns but it will be shut down at some point. Look at what happened to the online Roku service for their discontinued music streaming hardware players. Roku is still their, in fact a leader in video streaming. But once the revenues dried up (no music players sold to support the online music server) so did the interest in investing time, money, resources into that online music server. Other revenue streams are great, diversification. But they are run as departments and profit centers per product type. Logitech is a big global company not a community of do gooders who just want to do the "right" thing for their legacy hardware customers. The "right" thing for Logitech is share holder value. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96616 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
