Yup, it will happen.  When?  Noone knows including Logitech themselves. 
Also, at what level of service will MySB be maintained/run/operated
going forward until it's eventual demise.  All unknowns but it will be
shut down at some point.  Look at what happened to the online Roku
service for their discontinued music streaming hardware players.  Roku
is still their, in fact a leader in video streaming.  But once the
revenues dried up (no music players sold to support the online music
server) so did the interest in investing time, money, resources into
that online music server.

Other revenue streams are great, diversification.  But they are run as
departments and profit centers per product type.  Logitech is a big
global company not a community of do gooders who just want to do the
"right" thing for their legacy hardware customers.  The "right" thing
for Logitech is share holder value.
