It syncs time with the latest connected server ,that could be your own
local LMS server or mysqueezebox.com .

That means that it usually keeps time without any intervention at all .
(besides some bugs where this don't always works ) .

Also there is some history behind this ,the old squeezebox players did
not have any onboard clock at all ,so the server time mechanism was
invented .

Funny enough the squeezebox Boom that can not function without a server
can display time without it ? (it was the first squeezebox that had a
clock ) .

You could open a bug about it , to have it keep displaying from the
latest known time sync .
But I think the rationale for omitting this is that there is actually no
time settings in the Radio ,you wont be able to manually correct the
clock if offline for a long time .

So they made it simple it is a NMP a "network music player" that depends
a networked server for all it's content ,so thats no big deal .
But then it's complicated by it's line input but thats an extra not it's
main use .
