Is this an ip conflict you gave the radios different ip's I hope and not
the same ip ?
Nothing else having that ip ?

No mac adress filtering in use , turn that off if you use it offers no
real security ?

No limit on how many wireless devices you can attach some routers have
this in their settings ,turn off .

Your not hiding your SSID this is is also useless and offer no further
security ( the SSID is broadcasted anyway you can only turn off 1 off 3
ways it sent out )

If you are going to try static ip don't use the router to do it via DHCP
if you have problems with the DHCP mechanism .
I would also have static ip on the server so the server is always at the
same ip .

You can set true static ip on radio or touch , one way to do that is to
first turn off the dhcp in the router then do the network wizard (if you
do it this way you must set your routers dhcp range to not include the
used adresses )
