Is this an ip conflict you gave the radios different ip's I hope and not the same ip ? Nothing else having that ip ?
No mac adress filtering in use , turn that off if you use it offers no real security ? No limit on how many wireless devices you can attach some routers have this in their settings ,turn off . Your not hiding your SSID this is is also useless and offer no further security ( the SSID is broadcasted anyway you can only turn off 1 off 3 ways it sent out ) If you are going to try static ip don't use the router to do it via DHCP if you have problems with the DHCP mechanism . I would also have static ip on the server so the server is always at the same ip .
