The rep told me to hold down the + button and pull the plug in and out.
It didn't do anything. I still have the radio.. Waiting for an RMA from
Logitech. I'll give your suggestion a shot. Nothing to lose but at this
point it makes sense to take the new Radio with its built in battery
pack.
