Amazing? Really? I find this to be the norm rather than the exception with any customer service interaction I have these days (for almost any product or service). And from what I can tell from reading the forums for years, the front line Logitech customer service is particularly ignorant of how the Squeezebox line works. Anyhow, glad to see you got your radio working. Can you keep the old radio until you receive the new one? If so, maybe wait and make sure you can convert the new radio OK back to Squeeze. Then at least you received a battery for your trouble. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98329 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
