but why do you need a battery? not required. Just plug them in to the wall and listen away. I have several remotes for my radios, but I don't use any of them. I either control everything from my smart phone or ipad or my laptop. If I'm near the radio, I just use the physical controls on the radio. Do you have a smart phone (iphone or android) or iTouch or ipad? If so, just add an app to these and you have a remote for your radio. and even better you don't even have to be in line-of-sight for the radio to use those remotes.
