Here . http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/promotions/4876?pcid=4872 The issue with ch13 is that Radio tries to auto detect it's region based on what the sourounding AP's thinks so with the wrong nieghbours and your router temporarily out of whack it could decide that ch13 is not allowed in your region and there is no manual setting for it .
