Don't waste your time with Logitech support on this issue - they don't
understand the nitty gritty of this issue. Yes it is geo-ip related but
there are other issues which they don't understand.
For example, mysqueezebox.com and uesmartradio.com Logitech use an
Amazon AWS service with multiple servers around the world.
To check your server - trying pinging the www.mysqueezebox.com or
www.uesmartradio.com for me in Ireland it is as follows

IIRC - You can also find out which server the radio is connected to from
the Settings/Advanced/Squeezebox Information/mysqueezebox.com
information menu on the radio
Can you try the mms: URL I posted as a Favorite and see if it works.
