Hi bpa Thanks again. In reverse order, " Settings/Advanced/Squeezebox Information/mysqueezebox.com information menu" gives " MySB EU West"......don't quite understand that, but it sounds like " Western European Union"?...if so, that's not UK!
I tried the URL you suggested and reported above that I have set it up as a Favourite and it seems to work Ok, viz : "mms://wmlive-acl.bbc.net.uk/wms/bbc_ami/radio5/5spxtra_bb_live_ep1_sl0#slim:noscan=1" I pinged www.mysqueezebox.com but it didn't give me any server details....I don't seem to be able to copy & paste the ping results. As for Logitech Support, the latest is to : " 1. Create an account on Tunein.com (if you haven't done it already) and check that your country location is set to UK 2. Login to your account on uesmartradio.com 3. You should see there 4 selection (click on first one) 4. You should see 'Radio TuneIn' app under My Music Services 5. Remove Tunein app 6. Reinstall TuneIn app again " Which I have done , but no idea if it makes any difference.
