Try to get the Radio to forget the wi-fi settings altogether and then re-create - I can't remember how its done but someone on here will know. Alternatively try connecting the Radio to a different wi-fi network (if you can arrange it). It could be as simple as a corrupt config or it could be a dodgy card.
