The solution is to contact logitech support and give them your radios mac adress to resolve this .
Don't waste your time :-). Send the MAC address as printed on the sticker (bottom of the radio) to michael ät slimdevices dott com.
This can actually be some user that spoofed a software player to use your mac adress (a not so clever idea ) the first 3 bytes are always the same on every squeezebox the other 3 are unique
