Nope that was it :( Enable SSH on the radios you got and compare startup scripts in /etc if your familiar with linux . But that's a long shot and also rather tedious you don't if where or what someone has changed something or if it actually is broken. Factory reset should restore it . Can you get in Touch with the previus owner ?
