If the laptop is Windows simply google "internet connection sharing" to see how to set it up in your laptop network settings. Essentially you are turning the laptops network card into a router. Typical setup: laptop is connected to the network via WiFi, Radio is connected to laptop via ethernet wire. How you do this on a Mac I have no idea. iPad?
