Once setup and first connected to MySB.com it should just connect to MySB.com automatically. If not then something is likely wrong with your network or ISP.
Verified your MySB.com login is correct on both LMS and the Radio? Can you log into MySB.com on your computer? Is LMS connecting to MySB.com? LMS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?
